Dr. Flower uses the best company for shipping as selected by you, we get realtime quotes from USPS and UPS and pass those rates on to you. You can estimate shipping to your location right in the shopping cart by simply entering your Zip/Post Code.

Currently we ship to the 48 continental US states, Alaska, and Hawaii. Check back for updates on shipping methods as they are always changing to provide better rates. International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us at sales@dr-flower.com to discuss a shipment rate for your international order.

Returns

We will not be able to accept returns for any reason as soap is a consumable and could be contaminated.  We may ask that you return a soap sample depending on the product issue. Upon the discretion of the team at Dr. Flower's Essentials, you could recieve a store credit or your money back. At Dr. Flower's Essentials, we feel our products are not just good, but very good. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we would ask that you help us to understand the problem and what we can do to improve in your shopping experience and/or the products we provide.
